These terms and conditions apply to any booking enquiry or stay at Casa das Rochas, a privately owned villa near Alfeição, in the municipality of Loulé, Algarve, Portugal. Alojamento Local registration number: TBC. By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.

2. Enquiries and bookings

Availability is not instantly bookable through this website. Submitting the contact form is an enquiry only; a booking is confirmed once the property owner or manager has responded directly and payment terms have been agreed.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in/check-out times and minimum age: not yet confirmed with the client.

4. House rules

Pet policy, group/party policy, and any extra-fee items (e.g. high chair): not yet confirmed with the client.

5. Payment, deposit and cancellation

7. Guest responsibility and damages
